We are looking for qualified, self motivated, problem solvers to join our Customer Service team. We are only hiring full time.
The job will include the following tasks:
- Processing customers orders
- Phone / Chat / e-Mail customer support
- Engage with customers
- Communicate with suppliers
- Work hours: 9am-6pm US Eastern Time
(what’s the current eastern time?)
You need to have the following skills in order to apply:
- Fluent in English. Speech and Writing.
- Past Customer Service experience
- Basic understanding of WordPress
- Friendly and professional attitude
- The ability to assess information and formulate conclusions.
- Experience with the products on our website will be huge plus!
