Returns & Exchange
Before placing an order, Vape-Smart highly recommends carefully researching the product you are interested in. Any return/exchange must never be used and must be sealed in the original box. We cannot take back products if the box has been opened or if the products were tested/used. If you need help choosing a vaporizer or would like additional information, please contact us. Our friendly team will be happy to recommend the best vaporizer for your needs.
Items must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a return/exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
- Items must be brand new, sealed in the original box.
- Return must include an RA (return authorization) number, that will be supplied by our customer service team upon return request.
- Buyer pays all shipping costs associated with the return.
Vape-Smart reserves the right to deny any return/exchange and may require additional information for return approval
Note: No returns or exchanges of E-Juices/E-Liquids will be accepted under any conditions due to Health and Sanitation issues and the subjective nature of individual tastes. These products contain food-grade substances which can become contaminated thereby making it illegal for us to re-sell these products. As such, we will not provide refunds on E-Juices, E-Liquids, and Wicks/Coils. In order to keep our prices competitive and low, we will accept returns of brand new and unused products. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee (which will be issued after a thorough inspection is completed).
