Return policy
Before placing an order, Vape-Smart highly recommends carefully researching the product you are interested in. Any return/exchange must never be used and must be sealed in the original box. We cannot take back products if the box has been opened or if the products were tested/used.

Items must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a return/exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
- Items must be brand new, sealed in the original box.
- Buyer pays all shipping costs associated with the return.
- Vape-Smart reserves the right to deny any return/exchange and may require additional information for return approval
Note: Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
