Opening the Air Dial on the DaVinci IQ3 Dry Herb Vaporizer gives cooler, lighter vapor, and closing it down gives a denser pull. Extracts belong in the dosage pod rather than the bare oven, since DaVinci notes they can leave heavy resin buildup inside the IQ3.
Heat runs two ways. Four Smart Paths climb gradually over an 8 minute session, starting at 350°F to 370°F and finishing at 410°F to 430°F, while Precision mode holds a single setting to within one degree. Holding the control button boosts it straight to 430°F, and the app or the device itself can track your dose.
The 0.7g conduction oven sits behind a sealed zirconia and glass vapor path, and DaVinci says the Cool Core, which drops into the flavor chamber, makes vapor up to 50% cooler than its earlier models. Power comes from a removable 21700 cell that lasts up to 90 minutes and recharges over USB-C in about 3 hours, and pass-through lets you keep using it while it charges.
