A removable 3000mAh 18650 cell powers the DaVinci IQC Dry Herb Vaporizer, and the manual puts charging at about 2 hours, in the device over USB-C or on DaVinci’s separate charger. DaVinci says its sealed zirconia and glass airpath keeps metal and plastic out of the vapor path. Pack the oven tightly, as the manual advises, because herb in a conduction-style herb vape heats where it touches the oven.
It starts in Smart Path 3, one of four preset ranges that warm gradually over 8 minutes, from 350°F to 370°F at the low end up to 410°F to 430°F at the top. Precision mode holds one temperature to within a degree, holding the control button boosts it to 430°F, and the device vibrates once it’s ready.
The zirconia Pearl spacer twists to shrink the 0.5g oven by up to 50%, so smaller loads still pack tight. When you want to use a water pipe, the 10mm adapter swaps in for the mouthpiece.
The oven is made for dry herb, so it isn’t the pick if you mostly use concentrates. It’s covered by a 5 year limited warranty.
